Overview
Various consumer electronics companies struggle with warranty management for their products. As customers forget to renew their warranty and realize it only when there is an issue with the product.
Also, in most cases customer is unable to track the status of their service/support requests and keep calling the support number, which increases the call volume.
There are times when a request has been assigned to Field Agents and the field agents are on their way, however, if a customer calls to know the status of their request the support team is unable to provide details on where the Field Agent is.
